Die cutting, glazing, etc. With the technological advancement of the flexographic printing process, the quality of flexographic products has been greatly improved. For high-end flexographic printing equipment such as Gallus and Omit, the whole machine adopts shaftless transmission, and the plate roller adopts air-lifting sleeve structure, without gears, and shoulder iron. The plate roller has no gears to reduce some of the problems caused by the gears, such as the ink bar, hard port, etc., and the device can run faster. In the form of walking roller shoulders, the pressure can be automatically adjusted. For example, during acceleration and deceleration, it will automatically press and automatically pressurize, which can reduce the inaccuracy of overprinting. The printing roller and the UV curing roller adopt a separate design, that is, a four-roll structure, which is a commonly used method in high-end flexographic printing equipment in the world. The bottom roller adopts a constant temperature water cooling device, which does not cause the printing material to shrink due to the high temperature generated by the UV curing, so that the overprinting is inaccurate, so that the printing range of the flexo printing is more extensive, and it can be applied to the printing of the plastic film material.
